岗位名1：Mechanical engineer/机械工程师

工作地点：佛山

职位描述：

lMake sure all the machine and equipment in workshop should be utilized effectively and efficiently.

lImprove Machine & equipment according to IFI/Improvement list/machine check list.

lAssist to mechanical expert to finish ratio project.

lProvide technical support to machinery maintenance and repair.

lMake drawing for spare parts and apply code for new spare parts.

lSet up plans for spare parts.

lAnalyze and reduce the consumption of spare parts.

lCompile and update MD document associate with machine and equipment.

lAnalyze the maintenance cost and energy consumption monthly and set up action plan to reduce them.

lTrain the adjuster / operator with mechanical knowledge, maintenance knowledge and safety knowledge.

lAssist to mechanical expert to improve EHS situation at factory.

 

岗位要求：

lCollege graduate or above student.

lFlexibility on tasks/assignments/changes.

lInitiative and willing to work hard.

lTeam player.

lComply to company regulations at all times.

lInternship period: from July 2015.

 

岗位名2：Process engineer/工艺工程师

工作地点：佛山

职位描述

lAssist production manager to make and achieve the quality plan.

lOptimize the manufacturing process.

lReduce material cost of product with R&D, Purchasing and Quality department.

lDeal with customer complaint and give the correction plan to Quality department.

lEdit file and revise the quality system documentation.

lCheck the production process and make action plan to meet the requirement of ISO standard.

lTrain workers in quality field.

lSent the measuring implement to quality department for alignment.
