二、招聘岗位

Associate Product Engineer               若干名

 

Job Summary:

Performs design and development engineering for a specific product or group of products during all phases of the gate process. Interfaces with manufacturing, process, and test engineering to solve problems and create new products.  Researches, tests, and evaluates performance of components and/or new products.  Applies sound engineering principles and mechanical or electrical/electronic theory to engineering projects.  Sustains products with future cost reductions and/or design improvements. Provides technical assistance and information to other functions, customers, and partners on the application, design, materials, performance, and reliability of products.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

-          Utilizing Computer Aided Design tools, design and develop new products from conception to full implementation into manufacturing, using all aspects of the Flex Gate process, including competitive analysis, project planning, product innovation,  resource and cost estimating, scheduling  and budget planning.  Coordinate with Product Management to create product specifications for new products with customer input.

-          Manage projects to successful completion by leading cross functional divisional and outside resources from various departments such as Purchasing, Materials, QA, Tool & Die, Manufacturing Engineering, and Labs.  Set schedules, work tasks, budgetary constraints, and expected deliverables to meet product design, cost, and marketing objectives.

-          Actively participate in projects to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of new product development and product support.

-          Provide engineering support for existing product lines by  responding to customer technical inquiries, addressing CAR (corrective action requests), ensuring regulatory and environmental compliance, handling product application issues/questions, collaborating with manufacturing cells to lower production costs through product design changes, improving packaging, and providing technical support to update catalogs and marketing materials.

 

Requirements:

-          BS in Engineering. Typically 0-2 years of professional experience.

-          Good English skills in oral, writing and reading.

-            Personal computer and related software including word, excel, powerpoint, outlook express etc.

-          Knowledge base generally acquired from a college degree or equivalent course training. May have internship or co-op experience.

 

 

 

 

Associate Manufacturing Engineer               若干名

 

Job Summary:

Support production department in problem solving for product quality, manufacturability and production line efficiency. Participate in multifunctional continuous improvement teams, as well as leading cost reduction projects. Support lean manufacturing projects and lead new product implementation.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

-          To provide technical support to production regarding system troubleshooting and operation.

-          To coordinate the assigned new technology transfers including new methods implementation, new machinery and equipment, materials supply and documentation related to new processes.

-          To develop and analyze productivity/quality improvements on manufacturing processes.

-          To perform operation time studies, production line capacity and efficiency analysis.

-          To develop and review process routings in coordination with Production Management and keep production standards up to date.

-          To work with design divisions on new products/methods, testing procedures, process piloting, analyze test results/data and provide input on implementation plans.

-          To research and analyze potential product manufacturing feasibility and cost.

-          Other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:
