IT User Service/信息用户支持 (m/f)

In order to support setup the user service center in China, we are looking for expert who can meet the challenges of the changing market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.
Task:
§ Accept, classify and process IT service requests and incidents in the area of Office and/or shop floor systems, subject to the effective ITSM processes, standards, IT directives.
§ Act as a single point of responsibility for all users worldwide.
§ Accepting, classifying, processing and forwarding service requests and incidents (e.g. consultancy requests on IT standard products, processing standard changes, access management, etc.)
§ Processing first and, if necessary, second level support for service requests and incidents, providing solutions/workarounds, if necessary with the help of documented solutions in the solution database
§ Documenting solutions / workarounds according to the specified guidelines.
§ Supporting the Office and/or shop floor systems by means of remote access and/or on-site support units (e.g. PCs, Notebooks, scanners, MDE units, tape library, etc.)
Profile:
§ Bachelor education in IT and related major;
§ 1-3 years experiences and related in IT supporting and problem solving;
§ Familiar with several solution options including occasional inspection of the situation/cause of the problem;
§ Familiar with the standardized procedures and processes and general work instructions;
§ Fluent English communication in both oral and written;
§ Good knowledge of MS Office products;
§ ITIL Skill is beneficial;
