| 其他要求 | Requirements: - Basic understanding of Supply Chain, TQM, Operation Management and Optimization methodology - Experience in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel - Proficiency in English both in oral and written communication and good presentation skill - Proactive, good logical and critical thinking and problem solving skills - A quick learner - At least a bachelor degree holder or equivalent in Industrial Engineering (Logistics Engineering / Logistics Management / Operation Management / Systems Engineering / Supply Chain Management) Preferences: - Experience in supply chain planning - Experience in SAP or ERP system - Experience in process improvements and/or cost reduction implementation - A Master in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering is highly desirable. | ||||||||||
