team in the Shanghai office, regularly represents both corporations and individuals on sensitive

corruption enforcement regimes, the Economic Espionage Act (EEA"), antitrust and competition

This top tier international law firm is now seeking several Law Clerks to work in Shanghai Litigation

and Investigation team.

Law clerks will be expected to work closely with the Litigation team on ongoing projects relating to

Asia-based government enforcement and investigations practices. The Law Clerk will review

documents related to investigations, conduct legal research, translate documents, and assist with

drafting case-related documents. The law clerkship will last for at least three months, starting as

soon as possible.

- Attend a top graduate legal program

- Strong interest in legal practice, particularly in investigations or litigation

- Strong written and spoken English and Chinese language skills

- Hardworking, responsive, team player, organized, self-motivated, and enthusiastic

- Willingness to work overtime as necessary.

- Experience and familiarity with US and Chinese law, preferred
