江苏友邦精工实业有限公司位于美丽富饶的姑苏长江之滨—江苏省张家港市兆丰工业园。公司下属三个分公司:张家港鸿昌机械有限公司、张家港市友邦车架有限公司及张家港保税区鑫鸿翔国际贸易有限公司，总占地面积100000㎡，总建筑面积60000平方米，固定资产9000多万元，公司现有员工800余人，其中各类工程技术人员100余人。目前与国内多所科研院校进行技术合作，并创建企业研究生工作站。被苏州市人民政府认定为苏州市企业技术中心。获得高新技术企业称号，拥有多个实用新型及发明专利，具有很强的自主研发能力。产品连续荣获苏州金龙技术创新奖、苏州名牌产品、江苏省质量信用产品等荣誉。

公司产品为汽车座椅，车身压型件，汽车车架、重卡驾驶室总成等，主要配套苏州金龙、安徽安凯、江淮客车、宇通重工、丹东黄海、南海福迪等汽车厂家，同时还远销到欧美、东南亚、中东等海外市场。

公司拥有先进的大型生产设备300T-3000T的液压机7台；80-100T数控冲床4台；12×6000、12×4000剪板机6台；400/6000、400/4000折弯机2台；16T-250T的冲床45台；年产10000台车架的铆接线4条、电泳生产流水线4条，车身压形件年生产能力2万台套；同时拥有抛丸清理机械、喷塑流水线、海绵发泡流水线、全自动吹塑中空成型机、总装流水线等先进设备，汽车座椅年生产能力达到20万席。公司能独立完成如模具设计制造、冲压、钣金、电泳、海绵发泡等主要产品流程，同时还具备了座椅强度测试、内饰件燃烧特性试验、海绵压陷硬度、漆膜厚度及金属表面处理的盐雾试验等比较完善的检测能力。可承接各种汽车、机械设备冲压件、机床结构件的能力。

公司已通过ISO/TS16949：2002质量体系认证，座椅产品通过国家CCC强制性认证和欧盟的E-Mark认证。

Jiangsu Youbang Precision Industries co., Ltd is located in Zhaofeng Industrial Park, Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province, along the beautiful and prosperous river-side of the Yangtse River. The enterprise has set three subsidiary companies: Zhangjiagang Hongchang machinery Co.ltd, Zhangjiagang Youbang Auto Frame Co.，Ltd and Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone Xinhongxiang International Trade Co., Ltd. The total area of enterprise is 150 hectares, covers the constructive area of 60,000 square meters, with more than 13 million dollars of fixed assets and more than 28 million dollars of annual sales. We turn in 4 million for Gov. every year. Now, there are more than 600 employees, inc. 80 technicians and managers. The enterprise has a deep cooperation with many research institutions in China and be cognizanced a center lab by Suzhou People's Gov. 2010, Jiasu University and our company are building a Graduate workstation. To achieve plenty of appearance and invention patents, with strong product R & D capability. Meanwhile, the products have been awarded as “higer innovation award” bus “Well-known Brand Products in Suzhou” and “Good Quality Products of Jiangsu”. Our enterprise specializes in automotive seat, stamping parts and frame,etc. In China, we have cooperated with the JAC, Suzhou Higer, Anhui Ankai, Yutong, Dandong Huanghai and Nanhai Fudi etc. Our products also are exported to Europe, South America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and other countries. 

Our enterprise own complete equipments. For parts of bus body producing, there are 7 hydraulic pressed machines from 300T to 3000T, 2 sets 80-100T numerical control punch, one 12mmX6000mm Shear Machine, one 12mmX4000mm Shear Machine , two 400/6000、400/4000 Bending machines, thirty-five punches from 16T to 250T, three riveting production line which the annual output reach to 8000 sets and four electrophoresis assembly lines. So we can afford 200, 000 sets as annual output in auto body and stamping part. For auto seat producing, there are one airless blast cleaning machine, spray assembly lines, sponge foamed assembly lines, two automatic blow molding machines, installation assembly lines. So our annual output is 300,000pcs. Also, the company also established one complete monitoring system of seat intensity, Interior combustion, and foam’s hardness, metal surface treatment salt spray test and so on. Therefore, our factory has the capability to carry on all kinds of auto seat and pressed parts of bus body, Stamping parts of machinery independently. 

 

Our company has passed the certification of ISO/TS16949:2002. In addition, the auto seat has passed the CCC certification in China and E-Mark certification in EU.
