    职位: 财务部实习生

    Responsibilities:

    1. Cashier function, including check payments & expense reimbursement, prepare the payment for bank process

    2. Handling of invoice management, include issue invoices in ERP& government system

    3. Issue transaction vouchers related cash, bank & non-inventory accounts payable, sales etc.

    4. Assist AR collection, including prepare& send the AR statements monthly

    5. Assist cash management, including prepare the cash position report etc.

    6. Input the local finance/tax report into the government software monthly, deliver documentation paper to Tax Bureau, SAFE, and other officials, VAT invoice justification by Tax Revenue etc

    7. Support company secretarial& finance documents filing matters

    8. Ad hoc assignment

     

    Requirements:

    1. College or above undergraduates, Accounting or related major

    2. Independent, stable, responsible and hard working, Capable of handling details

    3. Knowledge of ERP system& good in MS office applications

    4. Good English skills and can work 3 days per week for at least 6 months

    Manage all the sales tools and document, such as testing report, bidding document, Sales agreement, contract, customer database, and other related certificate. Make them available to all sales when demand.
