Description

Supersonic is seeking for individuals who will be part of our new office in Beijing. We're seeking for a talented, sharp, independence and energetic person who's ready to play a key role in expanding our business in China.

Operation Manager will manage existing campaigns and will optimize campaigns on daily basis to reach the best performing results. Additionally this operation Manager will integrate new advertisers, and work with local Account managers to make sure that technical and campaign related issues are handled quickly and appropriately with advertisers. This position entails focus on campaign management through campaign performance analysis, campaign optimization and maximizing relationships for new opportunities.

This Operation Manager is expected to actively contribute to the ongoing success of our clients while working in close partnership with Ad Operation Teams, Sales Teams and

R&D Teams.

 

Responsibilities

· Communicate and work closely with local account managers to manage and optimize campaigns.

· Manage campaigns on Ad Severing Platform from integration through launch.

· Perform ongoing optimization of campaigns to ensure quality and/or volume to the Advertisers.

· Assist in the technical aspects of Advertiser and Publisher integration (both new and ongoing).

· Reconcile Advertiser accounts on a monthly basis.

· Gather knowledge from the market and regularly report findings to the wider team.

 

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree.

· Mandarin as mother tongue. Advanced English.

· Ability to multitask and handle various priorities.

· Strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact local Beijing office peers.

· Detailed oriented with an ability to see the bigger picture.

· Knowledge of Internet technologies and a proven capacity to learn.

 

· Ability to actively drive problems to resolution.

· Highly motivated, independent, energetic and ambitious.

· Strong communication skills.

· Entrepreneurial drive a must!

 

Advantages

· Additional language skills: Japanese/Korean/Cantonese.

· Knowledge of China's mobile and internet industry.

· Social media, social gaming or internet advertising experience.
