Intern - Master Production Scheduler
Key Responsibilities:
1.To perform a precise packaging and processing plan at daily basis to fully support the company goal at quick responsiveness to customer need at the lowest possible inventory investment and the shortest reaction lead time to demand for Overseas Market.
2.To perform machine capacity plan in regular basis to smoothen unconstraint demand load according to the constraint machine capacity within a specific business unit so as to identify the potential bottlenecks and to smoothen the load based on AVON policy.
3.To perform the timely and accurate shipment per demand market requirement by well managing shipment process and shipping document.
4.To establish and maintain supply service agreement including the detailed order supply guidelines and logistics services with customers, to minimize the order disappointment rate.
5.To monitor and leverage production plan, shipment schedule and inventory level to achieve LID target as well as to maintain good service level / order fulfill rate for demand market.
Position Requirement:
- University student with major in business field;
- Logical thinking and good analytic ability;
- Demonstrate strong conflict solution skills and can handle multi-task efficiently;
- Good communication skill and English skill.
