职位描述： l 协助实施量化交易策略开发、策略评价、持续跟踪、上线测试等工作； l 协助设计和开发程序化交易系统； l 协助管理和维护各种金融数据。   职位要求： l 金融工程、计算机、数学、金融、统计学、物理学等专业优先； l 对一种或多种量化理论有较好理解，包括但不限于：期权定价，多因子模型，时间序列分析，机器学习，数据挖掘； l 熟练掌握JAVA/C#/C++/Matlab/VBA/R中至少一种编程语言； l 熟悉SQL，有大型数据库（Oracle或MS SQL SERVER）开发经验者优先； l 具有交易系统或者行情软件开发工作经验的编程人员优先； l 具有强烈的团队合作精神及强大的自学能力，喜欢节奏快、挑战大的工作环境； l 要求研究生，优秀者本科亦可。   请有意者发送个人简历至chensw@。
