Internship Title: CEO Assistant (Shanghai) Job Type: InternshipAdministrative Job Description: Assisting the CEO in various administrative tasks touching various departments such as, but not limited to, HR, Finance, Sales & Marketing. Your main responsibilities will include: Administrative  Creating daily newsfeed for the CEO  Maintain communications with the office in Switzerland  Update and continuously improve the company Intranet.  Set up various administrative SOPs across different departments  Keep track of various projects  Monitor and maintain office supplies  Keep office area clean and tidy  perform work related errands as requested Sales & Marketing  Prepare trade shows  Work with designers on E-brochures  Prepare presentations to present to investors and clients  Update the various social media sites of the company (Facebook, Twitter, Company website)  Making Sales Calls.  Gaining and keeping track of potential leads for the company  Helping with creating promotional materials (promotional videos, tutorials, etc) Finance  Organizing accounts  Keep track of budget margins, payables, and expenses  Keep track of employee salaries  Give support to accounting functions of the company HR  Manage HR responsibilities: recruitment, hiring, and payroll  Update and manage Job Descriptions and employee profiles  Archive candidate applications Knowledge, Skills, and Experience  Enrolled in BA program at a business related university  Excellent communication and presentation skills  Well-organized and detail-oriented  Well versed in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)  Independent and highly motivated  Experience with Photoshop and Video editing programs is a plus  High level of Chinese and English both written and spoken To apply or in case you have questions just send us an email with your resume and short motivational letter to: careers [at] scantrust [dot] com Learn more about ScanTrust!
