Customer Service Representative/Customer Care &Support
to work in Shanghai as part of the ticketing and reservation team.
The team is responsible for providing high customer service for a European Airline customers before and after the flight in a contract centre environment. Meeting customers‘ needs, serving them efficiently and meeting a European Airline service quality requirements. The team also needs to support a European Airline sales operation in Sales Units in Greater China.
In this position one is expected to deliver world-class results in the following areas:
• Reservations and ticket sales for a European Airline direct customers in Greater China
• Changes and cancellations of customer reservation
• Serving a European Airline corporate customers and non-IATA agents specified by Global Sales
• Support for a European Airline online bookings and self-service
• Support for local airport reservations and ticketing services
• Customer rerouting and ticket updates in case of a schedule change and disruption
• Handling travel agent enquiries visa telephone, email and other applicable direct channels.
• Promoting a European Airline sales campaigns in the market
• Service recovery
• Applicable back-office work ,Including but not limited to queue handling
• Customer claim and feedback case handling
• Unresolved complaints and development ideas referring to designed personnel
• Group fare quotes and group reservation process related tasks in cooperation with and as specified by Global Sales
Required competences:
• Good teamplayer with strong customer service orientation
• Very good spoken and written Cantonese, English and Chinese
• Amadeus and/or any other airline reservation system basic knowledge
• Basic ticketing skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under time pressure
