Position：Strategic Sourcing
Trainee Location: Xu Hui
District (near Subway Line #7)
Responsibilities:
•Ø
To join project team
and support project activities;
•Ø
To communicate with
plant team and suppliers;
•Ø
To conduct spend and
cost analysis based on instruction from the manager;
•Ø
To conduct market
research on suppliers;
•Ø
To prepare project
report and develop documentation for progress and
discussions;
•Ø
Need to quickly
understand business operation and challenges;
•Ø
Need problem solving
skills to identify key issue and analyze for root cause and possible
solutions;
•Ø
Need strong
communication skills to coordinate between different levels in the
projects.
Requirements:
•Ø
1 year work
experience above as management trainee or in sourcing and supply chain related
function (fresh graduates are also acceptable);
•Ø
Good knowledge of
manufacturing process and operations;
•Ø
Good command of
problem solving skill, Logical thinking and analytical
skill;
•Ø
Good command of data
analysis and tools, e.g. Excel;
•Ø
Work organization and
process control;
•Ø
Good listening and
communication skills;
•Ø
Good command of
English in business occasions.
