Position: Campus Recruitment Assistant/Campus Recruitment Intern
Location: Shanghai
Job Description:
- Campus branding and activities
- Campus assessment including screening, interview arrangement and offering
- Internship recruitment and placement assistance
- Campus email account and social media promotion channel maintenance
- New Hire's post connection and on board preparation
- Team assistant for recruitment project
- Vendor, university, and student's connection
- Other tasks assigned by recruitment manger
Job Requirement:
- 2015 undergraduates/postgraduates with related working experience is preferred
- Innovative with creative thinking
- Embrace the challenges, and well-organized
- Good communication and coordination skill
- CET-6, TEM-4 or above, good oral and written English skill
- Nice personality, able to work under pressure
- Committed to HR profession and recruitment job, self-motivated
- 2016 graduates/post graduates is also welcomed for campus recruitment internship
