职位描述:
1、负责互联网产品的前端系统设计、开发与实现；
2、负责Web与移动互联网前沿技术研究与新技术创新，确保在不同平台、设备、浏览器上均拥有优质的用户体验。

任职要求
1、 本科以上学历，计算机相关专业者优先；
2、 精通JavaScript、Ajax、HTML、CSS DIV等Web开发技术；熟练使用原生JavaScript， 

以及jQuery框架；
3、 精通HTML5，CSS3等网页动画制作技术，熟悉页面架构和布局；
4、 熟悉W3C标准，熟悉http协议，对数据表现分离、提升用户体验、Web语义化等有实

践经验以及见解；

5、 精通前端性能优化，理解和解决网页在主流浏览器的兼容性问题；
6、 对用户体验、交互操作流程、及用户需求有深入理解；

2. Proficient in JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS DIV and other Web development technologies; skilled in native JavaScript and jQuery framework;

3. Proficient in HTML5, CSS3 and other web animation production technology, familiar with the page structure and layout;

4.  Familiar with the W3C standard, HTTP protocol, data performance separation, to improve the user experience, with Web and other real Practical experience and insights;

5.  Proficient in front end performance optimization, understanding and solving the problem of compatibility of web page in mainstream browser;

6.  Keen understanding on user experience, interactive operation process, and user needs;

7.  Strong interest, good learning ability and strong initiative on the development of Web technology;

8.  Good communication and expression ability, and clear thinking and logical analysis ability;

9.  Strong enthusiasm on new knowledge and skills, be bold on challenge;

10. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
