工作地点：

1) 广州办公室 - 广州市越秀区先烈中路69号东山广场12层 (每周在办公室办公1~2天)

2) 东莞工厂 – 公司每天早晚安排班车往返东莞与广州，单程1.5小时 (每周在工厂办公2~3天)

Purpose:

Benchmark study about laser cutting efficiency improvement. Support Manufacturing Excellence (ME) team to collect cutting cycle time and build up analysis of process standardization.  

Key Responsibilities:

·        
Benchmark study the theory of laser cutting

·        
Work with suppliers team to collect the cycle time (CT) data.

·        
Build up the analysis of cutting efficiency.

·        
Support ME team to build up the best practice manual (BPM) of laser cutting

Key relationships:

T1 and T2 supply partners and vendors

Manufacturing Excellence team

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

?       
Basis IT skills (e-mail, MS Office application).  Good at using Excel to build template and do analysis, good to make PPT presentation file.

Excellent communication skills

?       
Fluent in English, written and verbal

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

·        
In the last year in college or university

·        
Major in Mechanical or Statistics is even better

·        
Familiar with project management;

·        
Able to work at least 3 days per week for 3 months.
