Compounder / 配方工程师

Primary Purpose of the Position

Assist TTM to manage mixing and extrusion process and raw material to meet production requirement

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

1. EHS

· Advocate the education of associates about importance of safety;

· Provide sufficient support to EHS process;

· Responsible for the responsibility area safety issues.

2. Compound and process tuning

· All compound formulation tuning

· All Mixing/CP processing and monitor process specifications tuning

3. New compound development

· Focus on New compound development.

· Follow the new raw material resource trial and evaluation.

4. Compound quality control

· Ensure the quality and scrap are in control

· Ensure the outsourcing compound mixing and quality in control

5. Report submission

· Submit report of compound, mixing process and other reports if needed

6. Project participate

· Participate in tech cost saving project.

· Participate in CIS project

Qualifications

1. Master degree and above, major in Chemical Engineer or Chemical Process.

2. Good in both written and oral English

3. Communication skill
