一、单位简介

ANZ is also the first foreign bank to have global operation centre in Chengdu.  The Chengdu Hub currently has nearly 200 employees and provide various types of services to Australia, New Zealand, and Asia pacific regions in terms of banking back office operations, financial reporting and analysis, risk modelling, as well as technology delivery services.

Role title: Client Services Analyst

职位：       客户服务专员

Role purpose:

This role is responsible for providing the inbound call client services and solutions to ANZ APEA high-end customers in terms of commercial banking businesses. 
在澳新银行成都运营中心从事亚太企业金融客户呼入服务。

Responsibility:

1. Hold bachelor degree and above including fresh graduates

2. Native Cantonese speaker

3. Good command of English skills in both speaking and writing. Native English speaker is welcomed as well.

4. Good communication skills, and team work spirit

5. Adaptable, fast learner, and good sense of customer awareness

任职要求：

1. 具备大学本科及以上学历, 应届毕业生亦可

2. 精通粤语

3. 优秀的的英语读写能力 

4. 良好的沟通能力，富有团队精神。

5. 良好的学习能力、灵活性和客户服务意识。
