1.Department:Engineering/Test/PE/Design/Automation/Quality-SMT/Quality-Flex/HR/Finance

2. Both graduates and professions with 1-2 year working experience are welcomed.1~2 work experience in the electrical industry will be preferred. Post-graduate degree
in Finance/Accounting/ Audit/ IE/ Computer Science/ Information Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering /Automation /Robotics Engineering/ Electrical/
Electronics Engineering / Industrial Engineering/ Materials Science/ Management Engineering/ Computer Science/ Human Resource or Operation research and etc.

3. Effective bilingual in English (CET-6) and Chinese. Shown ability to work with different culture and geographical locations

4. Ability to conduct data analysis with proper methods and application software.

5. Possess more than three of the following characteristic:

- Ability to learn and focus on personal development

- High tenacity and able to work under pressure

- Good inter-personal skills and ability to communicate effectively

- Drive for results and performance oriented

- Shoulder responsibility and accountable for own action

- High integrity, strong commitment and highly motivated to pursue career in MFLEX

职责描述：

1. Participate in our 2-year Cadre program with 4 job rotations (half year each) to familiarize with daily operations of MFLEX China. As a result of such
rotations, be ready for key jobs in a specific department of any function and location at the end of second year.

2. Ready to acquire new skills in an accelerated learning manner during the 2 years program with on-the-job assignments, work exposure, improvement feedback
and training classes.

3. Take on job assignment provided by the rotation department and be responsible to complete it within specific time.

4. Work with all colleagues during the 6 months rotation and build network for work relationship.

5. Provide inputs to the success implementation of Cadre program and act as learning partner for new Cadre trainees whenever necessary.
