一、招聘岗位、数量、职责及应聘条件:
(一)体育教师2名
职位:助理教授、讲师,或助教。
职责:主要从事本科生的教学任务或教学辅助任务。
应聘条件:
1.学位:硕士以上学位,博士研究生毕业并获得博士学位者优先;
2.外语:具有使用英文和汉语双语教学的能力者优先;

(二)助教1名
职责:
1.协助教授完成教学任务,做好教学服务工作;
2.按照教授和教学要求,用英语对学生提供专业的课程辅导;
3.负责作业和测验批改;
4.负责组织学生的学习讨论;
5.全面关心学生的学习、思想动态;
6.完成院领导和教授安排的其他教学工作。
应聘条件:
1.会计学、经济学、金融学或其它相关商科专业硕士;
2.必须有海外留学经历;
3.英语发音标准,口语流利;
4.表达能力、沟通能力强;有教学经验者优先;
5.热爱教育事业,工作主动,责任心强;

(三)行政干事1名
职责:
1.负责学院的行政管理、日常后勤事务;
2.负责教学计划的排课课程表的编制及考试相关的全部考务工作;
3.院里安排的其他行政事务。

Introduction to Bryant College of Beijing Institute of Technology, Zhuhai
Bryant College, situated in Zhuhai City of Southern China, is jointly founded byBryant University (ww***edu[点击查看]) and Beijing Institute of Technology, Zhuhai (ww***com[点击查看]). It was approved by Chinese Ministry of Education in 2015. The program takes Bryant’s curriculum and standards of excellence. English is as a medium of instruction in the College. Position 1: Teaching Assistant
Responsibilities:
The core responsibilities include:
-giving tutorials in the area of Accounting, Economics, Mathematics and Statistics;
-preparation of teaching materials/classes;
-grading quizzes, assignments and exams;
-conduct/facilitate quiz sections as scheduled for the course
-student consultation/supervision;
-coordinating student academic activities;
-undertaking other work assigned by the supervisor.
They should also have good communication and organizational skills; the ability to multi-task, work independently and under pressure; proficiency in PC and software applications including MS Excel and Chinese word processing; and be self-motivated.
Qualifications:
The applicant should have
-a master degree received abroad in economics, accounting, finance, or business administration;
-good teaching, communication skills,
-fluent English, both in written and spoken;
-the ability of working independently, as well as the spirit of team work; and
-be willing to take up extra responsibilities.
Position 2: Administrative Assistant
The appointee will handle undergraduate programme administration, organize events and functions, maintain database, and assist in college office administration.
Responsibilities:
The core responsibilities include:
-handling general office administration;
-keeping liaison with academics, students and other University departments;
-assisting in planning, developing and implementing strategic plan and policies for undergraduate students;
-assisting in student registration and record management, timetabling and classroom booking system, administering examinations;
-coordinating recruitment support for students;
-undertaking other assignments assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
The applicant should have
-a Bachelor or higher degree, overseas higher education background is preferred;
-at least 1 year administrative or relevant experience, preferably with tertiary institutions;
-good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
-strong communication and crisis management skills;
-proficiency in Microsoft Office software and social media; and
-ability to work independently when required.
