Position

 

猎头顾问培训生Consultant Trainee (广州)

 

Job Responsibilities：

1.      Collect potential candidates' information through cold calling or any other channels.

2.      Participate to the tailor-made search process.

3.      Communicate with candidate with telephone and make assessment.

4.      Interview with potential candidates.

5.      Recommend candidates to clients and follow up.

6.      Cooperate with other team members, and fulfill the vacancies successfully assigned by clients.

 

Requirements：

1.      College degree or above.

2.      Executive search working experience is a plus.

3.      Good communication and strong self-growing desire. 

4.      Work proactively with fast pace work style, capability of working under pressure.

5.      Previous sales job background is preferred. Smart, outgoing, tenacity working style.  Excellent telephone communication skills.

6.      Strong learning capability and willing to be a team work player.

7.      Sales-oriented or HR-oriented job seekers, fresh graduates, without executive search job experiences, are also considered.
