Commissioning Logistic support 【急】
Below are the basic requirements for this job:
1. Good English communication skill in both writing and speaking
2. Able to pick up emails/phone calls after normal working hours as we have lots of communications after the work due to the site team work late and the time difference with Europe COE. Before 10:00PM.
3. Better have the electrical background to understand the basic electrical tools and equipment.
4. Main job is to help with site engineer's accommodation/ transportations and other living requirement.(Better familiar with Shanghai area)
5. Able to travel to site periodically to assist with site manager to deal with the office supplies and paper works. Currently is only required to travel to Changxing Island in Shanghai but may need travel to somewhere else when more projects are started.
6. Working closely with our SAPer to trace the PRs and POs progress.
7. Working closely with Shanghai Logistic team to trace the spare parts delivery and arrange to send to site.

1. SAP order entry
2. Proposal perperaration
3. Sales force system maintenance
4. Sales order summary on weekly basis
5. Related admin issues
Hope you have the admin related or data process experience.
Two or three days per week(from 8:30-17:00), about 100 per day.
