The Regional Consultant plays an important role in assisting the consulting team to fulfill the commitments to our clients. You will work closely with respective consultants and regional team members across Greater China. The thrust of your work centers on providing accurate, timely answer to research requests. You are responsible for collecting and consolidating information (via calling, networking, screening, researching), and conducting fundamental analysis. This includes being able to clarify research needs, identify and gather relevant companies, industries, and economic information from a broad spectrum of appropriate sources, and develop well-synthesized, targeted deliverables for use by the consulting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing new business and building up business partnership. Enhancing client can understand our service methodology.
• Research and source for best-fit candidates through :
  (a) cold calls
  (b) directory/trade publication
  (c) other networks
  (d) current database
  (e) telephone screening
• Managing and leading in the complete recruitment processes from identifying right candidates, coordinating project processes, and offer negotiation between clients and candidates.
• Cultivating solid talent market information and providing the right prospects for right decision making.

Criteria

• Possesses above 1-3 years working experiences.
• Sales, Marketing, or HR function professions will be plus.
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
• Logic and good analytical skills.
