| 职位描述 | Roles and Responsibilities: • Provide run and maintain support for assigned applications, working closely with internal partners, business system analysts, and infrastructure analysts to optimize system uptime and contribute to the success of our business. • Provide support to shop floor applications to ensure smooth running of operations and production. This may involve fixing equipment such as barcode scanners, printers, weighing machine, etc besides PC and investigating and correcting errors or issues on the shop floor applications. Detected software bugs are reported back to the development team for correction. • Provide technical support, consultancy and training to users, inclusive of developing the training document. • Support coverage includes off-hours (24 X 7) and may be called upon to provide remote support to other sites like Foshan, Singapore or Japan. | ||||||||||
