Job Description

Title: Talent Specialist – 寻访员

Department: Suzhou Talent Centre

Location: Suzhou

Responsibilities:

1. 与顾问合作进行对所在行业，公司以及职位的分析，参与制定目标候选人的寻访方案； 

Cooperate with consultants to analyze industry, company, title and develop a candidate search plan；

2. 需要大量的寻访工作，不仅依靠传统网站进行人才搜索，更多的是主动利用各种途径进行人才搜索；

Resourcing and searching through traditional recruitment websites and using initiative to find other non-traditional sources；

3. 对相关候选人分类、整理，对简历做初步筛选； 

Select, classify and screen candidate CVs;

4. 用各种渠道快速寻访候选人后，通过陌生电话进行初步沟通和评估； 

Make cold calls to interview the candidates;

5. 提供候选人评估和推荐报告，向顾问推荐，并安排其和顾问面试；

Provide candidate analysis, create reports and arrange interview for consultants；

6. 需要熟练并积极操作公司内部系统，及时将候选人信息输入系统;

Understand our internal recording system and input candidate’s information in a timely manner.

Requirement:

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，专业不限，工作经验不限，热爱猎头行业，愿意在人力资源领域长期发展；

Bachelor degree required (any major), no working experience needed. Prefer someone with knowledge and passion for working with others and in the recruitment industry. A desire to have an exciting career in Human Resources.

2. 英语书面和口语达到良好沟通的水准；

Good written English and oral English;

3. 逻辑思维较强，语言表达清晰和学习能力佳；

Good logical thinking ability, good language skills and good learning ability;

4. 结果导向，抗压能力强，具有强烈的上进心，擅长团队合作；

Results driven, able to work under pressure, self-motivated and good at working with a team;

5. 具有猎头，销售或咨询服务行业从业经验，尤其是工业、汽车及其零配件、奢侈品、零售等行业背景者优先考虑；

Prefer someone with recruitment, sales or consultant industry experience. Knowledge of Heavy Industry, Auto, Luxury and Retail is a plus.
