Mission
a) Supplier Development Processes Development
- Tool box
Revamp existing tool box to create internet links for automated update. Create a formal process to review and update tool and information in the Supply Chain Management in the Asia tool box.
- Dashboard
Support the definition of the commodity pages on the POLA dashboard (R1-D1, Concessions, Critical issues highlight, goals, internal communication and newsletters…)
Document a process to ease the update of the dashboard on reel time (data mining and reporting) and when needed (update of links, update of POLA members and commodities).
- KPI’s and Tracking tools
Define and report various KPIs (group capacity to support missions, Supplier visit (A3s) completion performance, Planning accuracy, Expenses management). Document how the tools are working for future maintenance.
Create and or maintain databases to follow progress on various activity for the team (Action Trackers, SQCDP, Skill Matrix, Training log, Audits and Assessments…)
b) Supplier Development Communication and Coordination
- Marketing tool
Define a brochure to describe the main activities of POLA.
Establish a logo and a template for the POLA Powerpoint presentation
- Coordination
Participate in the weekly conference calls and the regular meetings (POLA Staff meeting, POLA In-day Meeting, POLA Quarterly Meeting…), support the logistics of the meeting (price negotiation, room booking, management of the expenses, minutes and actions tracking)
Organize the follow up of activities with Airbus Group companies and ensure that escalation is followed for urgent requests.
- Communication
Focal point for the update and introduction of the tools and methods of POLA.
Communicate with POLA team members on commonly used reporting tools (planning, A3s, weekly report) to improve their reliability and performances.
Profile
Education:
o Bachelor degree from a University or Engineering School
Functional experience:
o Computer Sciences and / or Mathematical background/knowledge
o Prior experience in the field of software development
Sector knowledge:
o Knowledge / experience of N.A. aerospace sector a plus.
o Understanding of International organizations and challenges
Languages:
o Perfectly fluent in English. French is a plus.
IT skills:
o Perfectly at ease with Power Point, Excel, Word and Access development and manipulation.
Soft skills:
o Ability and confidence to evolve in a multicultural environment – diplomat.
o Rigorous, analytical, pro-active, autonomous and self-motivated.
o Interest in data analysis and manipulation.
