Career Transition Consulting for Senior Executives

This package is designed especially for senior management candidates. Using a discrete search approach personally conducted by HRnet One consultants, we proactively assist executives to identify suitable opportunities in the job market. Individual Career Coaching - Mid-level Managers

These one-on-one individual consultations are designed to assist displaced candidates deal with loss of employment, and then move on in the shortest timeframe. The program involves emotion management - Shock, Anxiety, Rejection, Acceptance (SARA counseling), confidence re-building and skills training.

CTM Workshops

(4)提供候选人评价和推荐报告

(5)沟通协调候选人与客户之间的面试安排,跟进并及时反馈

(6)候选人背景调查,薪酬谈判,offer以及入职跟进等

  • 职位要求:

(1)全日制本科及以上学历,热爱猎头行业,愿意在人力资源领域长期发展

(2)有0-2年猎头、销售或咨询服务行业从业经验

(3)有一定的分析和判断力,较强的语言沟通表达能力,学习能力强

(4)目标意识明确,结果导向型,自我激励,主动性强,具有强烈的上进心

(5)善于与人沟通,有良好的客户服务意识

(6)良好的团队协作能力
