JOB DESCRIPTION FOR INTERN

Chen & Co. Law Firm, a member firm of Ernst & Young Global Limited, is looking for Intern to join its offices in Shanghai.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

1.        Legal research on various legal and administrative issues, as instructed by the mid-level or senior associates;

2.        Prepare, review, and comment on basic legal documents in connection with the firm's legal services to its clients;

3.        Draft legal newsletters or news flashes to promote the firm's practice;

4.        Conduct legal due diligence exercises and investigations as instructed by the clients;

5.        Report to mid-level, senior associates and partners on work-related matters.

Requirements:

1.        Full-time university students of top ten Chinese universities or law schools;                国内知名法学院在校生；

2.        PRC bar qualification required a plus; 通过司法考试者优先；

3.        Able to work at least 3 (ideally 4) working days per week; able to work in the position for at least 2 months. 每周可实习3天以上，实习期2个月以上；

4.        Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Good command of MS Office;具备优秀的中英文听说读写能力，可熟练操作办公软件；

5.        Excellent communication skill, and self-motivated team player. 具有优秀的沟通能力，工作态度积极。
