Receptionist (Internship) Location: Guangzhou

Job Description:

1. To handle incoming telephone calls.

接听来电

2. To keep a log book for all visitors

负责来访者记录

3. To handle and distribute incoming mailing/Documents

负责分发来信和文件

4. To displace magazine and newspaper

整理杂志报纸

5. To assist general administrative work

协助其它行政工作

The Qualification:

1. Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin, CET4 needed.

粤语英语读写流利，大学英语四级以上。

2. Team spirit and good international communication skill.

具团队合作精神和良好沟通技巧。

3. Typing skills and computer knowledge preferred.

熟悉电脑软件应用和打字技能。

（该职位仅面向大学2016届在校生，实习协议期限六个月，周一至五，周六日双休。
