Your missions if you do accept them:

- Assist HR Manager with day-to-day work
- Help to set up partnerships with all the relative schools in China and abroad in order to attract young talents right after their graduation
- Use social medias to do the recruitment and help with the resumes screened
- Attend to HR events, such as Forums, Job Fairs, College Fairs,etc
- Help with organizing team building events
- Help with visa transfer and working permit for foreign employees
- Help with social insurance and house funds for Chinese employees
- Help senior management with performance review
- Help with setting up KPIs and measuring effects 
- Advising on pay and other issues, including promotion and benefits; administer payroll and maintain staff records

Your qualification and experience:
- A degree related to HR or one of the following fields (Business, Economics, Law, Management, Psychology, Public administration, Social studies.)
- A passion for entrepreneurship 
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Participate in the day to day life of the company

The person you need to be:
- A real geek
- A very good team mate, your personality matters a lot
- Able to work with a multicultural team: Frenchies, Chinese, Italians, Americans, Spaniards, New Zealanders, Irish and British
- Being autonomous
- Be proactive

- 协助人事经理完成日常工作
- 与国内外相关的大学或培训机构建立联系，以吸引即将毕业而有能力的应届生加入团队
- 使用各种社交媒体平台来进行人才招聘并筛选简历从而负责首轮面试
- 参加各种HR 活动，例如论坛、峰会、企业招聘会和校园双选会等
- 协助组织公司团建活动
- 协助外国员工的签证转移及就业证办理事项
- 协助中国员工的社保公积金办理事项
- 协助高层管理团队设立KPI 指标并完善绩效考核
- 对薪酬及其他问题提出建议，包括员工晋升和福利管理以及员工记录管理等

- 人力资源管理或以下相关专业：工商管理、经济、法律、心理学、公共管理、社会关系
- 具有创业的热情
- 流利的中英文表达能力
