We work for some of the biggest and most ambitious multinationals across all major regions of the world. We are the largest, fully-integrated law firm in Asia Pacific. Our corporate practice includes China-related mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, competition law, regulatory compliance, general corporate and employment, outbound investment projects, infrastructure, energy and international trade. Our disputes team practice focuses primarily on Asia-related international arbitration proceedings involving a variety of institutions and seats (including mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Stockholm, among others) and also handles other disputes-related matters in the region, including advising on anti-corruption and competition issues.
