Position Overview – Entrepeneur-in-Residence Intern
To strengthen our China operations, we are looking for Entrepreneurs in Residence Interns. Become part of building up the biggest e-commerce companies of the region and learn firsthand how to become an internet entrepreneur. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience at a fast-paced, rapidly expanding start-up company. You will be able to use your initiative and creativity to support our expansion, and gain a working knowledge of all aspects of the business. You will also learn and work alongside some of the very best young talent in the startup world.
Our offer
Position as Entrepreneur in Residence (Intern) in the field of business development.
Work independently and manage your own projects.
3-6 months internship.
Working out of Shanghai, China.
Shape the global e-commerce landscape.
Report directly to the local managing director.
Opportunity of leading a small team.
Requirements
Excellent academic grades and accomplishments in the field of Business, Economics or Management Studies or related. MBA/Master prefered.
Entrepreneurial mindset: Pragmatic, critical, hands-on, visionary, analytical, problem-solver and ambitious, and goal oriented way of working.
Positive attitude, energetic approach and self-motivation are all essential
Strong communication and writing skills in English.
Ability to develop concepts and processes and efficiently implement those in a fast-paced setting.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Second languages such as Korean, Russian, Arabic, Portuguese, Japanese or Spanish are desirable.
