Customer Service Officer 客户服务专员
Responsibilities:
1. Deal with queries on services from client;
2. Handle complaints from vendors/client;
3. Handle daily enquiry and arrangement of inspection orders from client and vendors;
4. Act as liaison as needed between vendors and client to solve issues regarding inspection booking.
Requirements:
1. University graduate;
2. Good command of written in English, CET-6 above;
3. Customer-oriented, honest, patient, cautious, hard working and interested in learning, Initiative;
4. Good coordination and interpersonal skills;
5. Be familiar with MS office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint). |
