Intern - HR Recruiting

Responsibilities

·        Job posting, external hiring channel maintaining and intranet referral page update

·        HR Recruiting reports update and management

·        Candidate profile maintenance

·        Interview process coordination and following-up

·        Job fairs and campus recruiting activities support.

·        Administration daily activities and other related matrix support.

Requirements:

·        Student in Human Resources Management / Business Administration / Management or English;

·        Has similar practice in HR related area;

·        Good team player and fast learner with detail-oriented mindset;

·        Good communication skills both in Chinese and English;

·        Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office tools especially in Excel, Power Point and Word.

Qualifications:
1. 大三以上本科/研究生，有HR 招聘实习经历的同学优先考虑，研一/大四保研或出国同学优先考虑
2. 一周可以工作4-5个工作日，须持续时间6个月以上。

工资待遇
本科生RMB 17/H; 研究生RMB20/H(税前)

工作地点

陆家嘴区域，地铁二号线东昌路站步行5分钟
