职位要求：
1. 大三在读学生，出勤天数3天或者3天以上
2. 负责检查财务报销材料，整理财务数据整理，归类文档，制作系统报表
3. 主管负责的其他事宜
薪资待遇：100天，有学过Accounting背景的学生即可，愿意学习财务的业务操作，有耐心，并且有团队合作精神
以下是该职位的英文介绍：
JOB RESPONSIBILITES
· Assist to check the TER claims for employees, make sure employees can get their reasonable reimbursements as soon as possible and make sure all employees’ TER claims are complied with company’s policy & internal control’s requirements;
· Assist to issue VAT invoice, make sure invoices are issued correct and timely;
· Assist the weekly payment-run, mainly help file the payment vouchers for manager’s review;
· Assist to file the accounting documents, make sure accounting documents are filled & archived in order & in time;
· Assist to do B/S reconciliation
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
· Good team work spirit, open minded and strong willingness to work with others.
· Basic command of written and oral English.
· Self-motivated and good adaptability.
· Strong sense of responsibility, adhere to commitment, honest, quick learner, ability to work under pressure.
· Knowledge of MS office
EDUCATION REQUIRED
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or similar area

· Perform daily entry posting into SAP especially during period closing
· To prepare statistics report data monthly
· To calculate stamp duty monthly
· To provide support on the reconciliation of inventory and fixed asset account
· To participate in periodic physical audit of inventory and fixed asset
· Provide support for team RIM filing process
· Provide support for data clearing and preparation for BPT D4 entities
· Ad hoc assignment for BPT interim process
· To fulfill other ad hoc requirement for costing and fixed asset area
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
· Diligent & responsible
· Humility personality and good communication skill
· Logical thinking capability
· Ability to read, write and speak in English
· Good excel skill
