Intel: Hire Artificial Intelligence, Robot and Computer Vision Intern

 

We want to hire: Artificial Intelligence, Robot and Computer Vision Intern to take part in our projects.

Below is the Job Description for this internship position.

 

Business Group Overview:

BiTS (Binary Translation Software) department delivers binary translation software products for Intel. BiTS Shanghai owns the product development and delivery for applications on phones, tablets and servers, with world class quality. The team is innovating leading edge technology and exploring new exciting directions.

BiTS department is part of the Software and Services Group (SSG), whose charter is delivering best user experience and best developer experience on all computing platforms throughout cell phone, tablet, PC and servers with Intel chips.

 

Job Description:

Working on a new product pathfinding project, the candidate would be responsible for implementing a software/electronic/mechanical co-design product which is related to robotic system. Challenging and interesting work which requires highly focus and devotion. Highly motivated group with lots of fun. Every member has the ability to directly affect product success and invent future technologies with out-of-box thinking.

 

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with qualifications in the following area:

1. Programming: Candidates should present good skills in C or C++ programming. If you have experience on Python / Java / HTML5 / C# is a plus.

2. Artificial Intelligence and Computer vision: Candidate should present skills or experience in machine learning / pattern recognition / feature detection / matching, segmentation / computer vision / artificial intelligence areas.

3. Embedded system and Automation: Candidates should present good skills or experience in embedded system, and good knowledge on automation theory and automatic control system. Some experience on control system design & simulation or circuits design is a plus.

4. Experience on robotic related area is a plus.

5. Experience on using OpenCV is a plus.

6. Experience on deep learning, or reinforcement learning is a plus.

7. Familiarity with Linux operating system and experience on Linux driver development is a plus.

Job Location and Timing:

1. Location: Zizhu Science Park, MinHang District, Shanghai (Intel company would provide free shuttle bus)

2. Timing: 4-5 days per week, 6 months internship is preferred.
