Chemist 实验室化验师 (Tianjing, China)

Responsibilities:

Execute tasks under requirements of HSEQ

Inspect for raw material, semi-products and finished products 

Manage equipments, conduct regular calibration and maintenance, ensure to deliver precise test data

Issue COA and handle such requirements from other team. 

Maintain quality record in good condition

Arrange lab trials for new product localization, product upgrade, formula optimization and special tests for customer special requirements

Purchase consumables and spare parts, to meet the requirements of routine work 

Manage Chemical, ensure safe using and storing in lab

Qualifications/Requirements:

Master degree, major in Chemical or related area 

Knowledge of ISO 9001/TS16949 and ISO14000/OHSAS18000

Good communication, learning ability and execution skills

Down-to-earth working attitude and teamwork

Hard working, good interpersonal skills

Self-driven/motivated with strong desire to succeed, mature, initiative and independent

Good knowledge of Microsoft office software

Logistics Officer 物流主任 (Tianjing, China)

Responsibilities:

Work with HSEQ dept. to achieve annual safety and efficiency target, encourage suppliers to report near-miss and deviation. Support monthly irregular behavior analysis and correction

Support SMT project on transportation objectives, monitor transporters SMT execution, including onsite vetting and inspection, drive monthly irregular behavior analysis and correction

Arrange all delivery notes to suppliers, monitor customer order delivery process to meet customer’s requirements and secure high order delivery on time. Be a coordinator for transportation and warehouse; take part in monthly stock- taking

Answer any query from CS dept and customers, handle complaints from customers

Finish all related logistics report timely, assist to supervise 3rd party suppliers to implement standard operations

In charge of checking and reimbursement for all transport expense, including bulk and road, railway, seaway

Maintain logistics data and processes appropriately in system for assigned transportation providers

Assist with leader to manage and maintain high service levels to customer at competent transportation cost through developing and supervising the whole logistics system and process

Prepare and attend SMT and logistics operation meeting, to review and improve SMT and logistics operation performance with suppliers

Qualifications/Requirements:

Master degree in Logistics;

Analytical thinking and sensibility to dissect and solve transportation problems, with meticulous attention to details

Good at Planning, organization and cooperation, ability to establish efficient quality assurance system

Good skill for presentation preparation and data analysis

Logistics Officer物流主任 (Zhenjiang, China)

Responsibilities: 

Work with HSEQ team to achieve annual safety and efficiency target; support supervisor to develop Logistics operation and safety standard and criteria based on Chinese rules & regulations and TOAP requirements

Responsible for orders operation, monitor delivery and transfer orders dispatch to ensure order process go smoothly

Check order status and reply order delivery date to customer or customer service, do goods issue in SAP timely

Assist management teams to keep logistics operation in good condition

Coordinate within and out depart to handle order business

Partake in monthly or quarterly stock-taking if needed 

Take recording of different types of reports about orders ,finish reports at a scheduled time

Assist with supervisor regularly to update order operation instruction.

Responsibilities:

Lead the operators to achieve the production target;

In charge of operating PLC system and solve the system malfunction independently

Complete the data input of SAP system (System Applications and Products Software System) accurately

Be involved in the reception of oil vessels and tank trucks 

Perform monthly stock checking and investigate the reasons of variation

Make sure the good conditions of sanitation in blending workshop

Guarantee that the operation is in accord with HSEQ requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

Master degree, major in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing and Automation Engineering or related ones;

QA Executive 品质保证主任 (Zhenjiang, China)

Responsibilities:

Maintain and keep integrity of ISO9001/TS16949 systems based on HQ IMS regulations and business book in TLC

Review and establish quality criteria to improve total quality on product, production, logistic, supplier and service side, and supervise the implementation and the respect of the quality assurance system

Propose, organize, participate and monitor various internal and external quality related audits and inspections, be responsible for success in ISO9001/TS16949 re-certification and surveillance

Guide and oversee related procedures, instructions to ensure a proper and constant implementation

Providing QA support and QA communication for the production sites

Provide QA supports to OEM business

Assist to handle customer complaints within required turnaround time, review customer requests

Monitor KPI and steady improvement of the different KPIs related to quality performances, organize quality meetings related to the systems  

Monitor and improve quality performance of TLC package and logistic suppliers

Organize quality training to improve staff, suppliers and distributors’ quality awareness

Qualifications/Requirements:

Master degree, Science or Chemical Engineering based or equivalent

Knowledge of ISO 9001/TS16949 quality system and supplier quality management
