Ⅰ.  Next Generation Program

1.)    Qualifications

2.)    Program Overview

项目介绍

The Next Generation Program is a full-time program with 4 different career paths: Engineering, Business, Information Technology (IT) and Accounting.  In China, the program will consist of 4 rotations, with each lasting 3 months, throughout the numerous divisions of NOV.  The rotational schedule focuses on providing a well-rounded experience in such capacities as engineering, operations, manufacturing, and more.  Those hired from universities in China will be based in Beijing, China with potential domestic or international travel opportunities.

国民油井华高长久以来都非常重视人才的发现与培养，“生力军计划”已经在全球开展多年，主要面向工程、市场、信息技术及财务等领域内的优秀人才。在为期一年的时间里，我们会为“生力军”提供4次轮岗机会，每次轮岗历时3个月。在此期间，每一位“生力军”均有机会接触到研发设计、运营、生产等全方位工作内容。“生力军”将在北京入职，并有机会获得国内或全球的培训和出差机会。

Rotations are personally customized according to the employee’s background, skills and future career goals at NOV.  The Next Generation Program will schedule the first three rotations, but the employee will choose his/her final rotation based on business need.  Next Generation employees are given every day assignments, special projects, and responsibilities intended to challenge and develop their industry foundation.  This sets the stage for their career at NOV while also having an immediate impact on the organization.  At the conclusion of approximately twelve months in the program, participants are positioned into a permanent role in the company based on business need and personal preference.

轮岗计划将认真参考您的背景、能力及未来的职业发展方向确定。前三次轮岗将由公司指派，最后一次轮岗将依据公司业务需求及生力军本人的意愿确定。轮岗期间，每一位“生力军”都会有明确的工作职责，具体的工作项目和其他富有挑战性的任务，从而为您在国民油井华高的职业生涯打下良好的基础。所有轮岗结束后，公司将根据业务发展需求及生力军个人工作表现和发展意愿定职定岗。

Ⅱ. Technical Momentum

       技术培训生

1.)      General Overview

Provide support for Sales functions while expanding Downhole Tools knowledge.

2.)    Qualifications

·         Engineering/relevant technical degree

·         0-1 years relevant experience

3.)    Work location

Beijing

4.)     Primary Responsibilities

·         Obtain, recognize and demonstrate relevant Core Competencies required for promotion

·         Attend associated training courses for products and services

·         Maximize customer drilling and economic performance

·         Collect, Clean, Filter and Merge BlackBox ® and Drilling Data

·         Preliminary analysis of data and report generation

·         Qfocus reporting

·         Identify potential Downhole opportunities

·         Provide Tool Run assistance as required (Tools, Bits, Black Box etc. at Rig)

·         Provide sales support materials

·         Provide TerraSCOPE output as required

·         Provide data base support and analysis

·         Provide Hydraulics calculations as required

·         Behave in a professional and ethical manner in line with NOV corporate policies.

·         Comply with Global and Local QHSE policies.

·         Upon completion of program:

·         Obtain, recognize and demonstrate relevant Core Competencies required for promotion

·         Complete Personal Training steps for product knowledge and safety

·         Provide Product Run assistance as required

·         Provide sales support materials

·         Provide TerraScope output as required

·         Provide data base support and analysis

·         All other duties as assigned

Ⅲ. Field Service

   服务工程师

1.）Qualifications

·         College or above and major in Electrical & Mechanical

·          Good command of both Chinese and English

2.)    Work location

Beijing, Shanghai and other locations in China

3.)    Goal of function

·         Provide technical service and support regarding installation, commissioning, toubleshooting, maintenance and overhaul (include Top Drive IDS-4A, IDS-8A, TDS-9/10/11SA, Draw works,

·         Power Swivel, Iron Roughneck etc.) to customers in China.

·          Provide before-sales technical support to sales department.

·         Translating and filling for relevant technical files.

·          Other relevant jobs entitled by field service manager.

4.)    Responsibilities/Tasks:

·         Work in shop or travel to various sites across the nation to install, maintain, troubleshoot and    repair mechanical equipment and project

·         Assemble, install, test and calibrate equipment to ensure they are working corrently and  conform with regulations and safety requirements

·         To provide technical consultation, call feedback and field service to customer

·         Insure workshop and equipment operation in accordance with interrelated industry and quality  criteria

·         Keeping the field service supervisor up to date on workshop or site progress, problems, delays,    etc.

·         Ensure all jobs can be implemented with the proper documentation which will cover quality record working process record and spare parts in and out registration

·          Perform commissioning/start-up activities in shop or rig site

·          Abide by company's confidential agreement on technical document and drawings

·         Understands NOV's products, capabilities and limitations in sufficient detail to be able to develop service offerings that meet customer needs
