一、公司介绍

2012年10月22日，东风汽车集团股份有限公司与德国格特拉克国际公司签订了合资经营合同暨低扭矩双离合器变速箱（DCT）联合开发协议，决定共同在武汉组建集汽车变速箱研发、制造、销售功能为一体的合资公司。

2013年3月13日，东风格特拉克汽车变速箱有限公司（东风格特拉克）在武汉正式注册成立。一期总投资1.2亿欧元，拟建成25万台的变速箱能力及研发中心，主要产品为DCT双离合器变速箱。计划于2016年第一季度实现量产。未来，东风格特拉克将建成年产100万台变速箱的能力，以及建立独立的变速箱研发中心。

On 22nd of October 2012, Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd(DFG) and GETRAG International GmbH(GETRAG) entered into the Joint Venture Contract, i.e. the Joint Development Agreement of Low Torque Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT), and decided to jointly establish an all in one joint venture company with the ability to research and develop, manufacture, and sell vehicle transmissions in Wuhan.

Dongfeng Getrag Transmission Co.Ltd (Dongfeng Getrag). was officially registered and established in Wuhan on 13th March 2013. Phase 1 investment is 120 million Euros in total, planning to achieve annual transimission production capacity of 250,000 units and establish a research and development centre, the main product is Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT). Mass production is schedueled to be launched in Q1 2016. In the future, Dongfeng Getrag is expected to achieve annual transimission production capacity of 1 million units and establish independent transmission research and development centre.
