Customer Service (Intern)
Calgaz
Reports to: General Manager, China
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting Customer service specialist to providing accurate and timely customer service that exceeds customer's expectations
1. Daily sales orders implement
2. Daily monitoring stocking and placing supplement purchase order to Calgaz US plant
Ensure smooth and accurate ERP system maintenance
1. Maintain and update system data in ERP systems
2. Document system paperwork
Manage Logistics
1. Coordination on weekly shipments and work hand-in-hand with overseas shipment company
2. Ensure inland freight companies deliver the goods in a timely and accurate manner
General Requirements:
- Hard working and self-disciplined
- Patient and careful working attitude, always pursue high-level works quality
Education and Experience:
- Prefer major in engineering
Working days: Min 3 days per week
