职位描述
The Beijing Axis is an international advisory and procurement firm, operating in four principal areas: Strategy, Procurement, Commodities and Capital. Responsibilities:
-Assist team with market research, vendor communication and documentation of sourcing enquiries
-Assist Manager and General Manager with documentation, translation, etc.
-Follow up shipping documents
-Admin assistance for the procurement team, including logistics arrangement for the business trip, etc.
Requirements:
-Good English language skill (spoken and written)
-Proficient with Microsoft Office
-Fast-learner, energetic, proactive, highly motivated
-Ability to handle pressure and work with tight deadlines
-Versatile, ability to multitask, team player, balanced world view
-An interest in China and its changing place in the world, a continuous desire to learn and understand more
