The aim of this role is to provide HR assistance to HR team - To provide system support in terms of enrollment, transfer, promotion and resignation - To run the related report to better support HR team to go through the talent management cycle - To provide data analysis on the SAP system, related report, training data analysis and management, engagement survey support, etc. - To initiate probation appraisal and labor contract renewal process - To organize activities/dept meetings and minutes taking - To provide administrative support for HR team, arrange the important appointment with global / regional people - Other assignments by HR Director - Bachelor degree with major in Human Resources or English related - Fresh graduate in 2016, with related work experience preferred - Familiar with the knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and policies - Literacy in oral and written English - Proficiency in MS-Word, Excel, Powerpoint - Responsible, patient and Service-oriented - Good interpersonal and communication skills |
