Job Description:
    1.    - Assist with data collecting and analyzing by Excel( Vlookup /Filter and some basic functions can meet our requirements well) ;
    2.    - Maintain basic data in SRM, Synertrade, etc.;
    3.    - Contact suppliers and other commodity buyers, e.g. send CF Report and track the status;
    4.    -Support Lead buyers with information exported from data base.
    5.    -Support meeting materials and reports preparation.
    6.    -Others.
    Requirements:
    1.    Patient and meticulous, we prefer careful person for data analyzing.
    2.    Responsible, disciplined and good-mannered.
    3.    Fluent written English.
    4.    Proficient Microsoft Office skills, incl. Outlook, Excel.
    5.    Can work at least 3-4 days every week. At lease 6 months
