| 职位描述 | By now, you heard about the crazy valuation for many China company like 滴滴, 饿了吗，小米, etc. You also heard about all the buzz word like O2O, B2B2C, 烧钱, 赛道, 路演,对赌,天使, etc. But all you can do is to see it from distance. This is the chance for you if you want to get your hands dirty in the fast growing and rapidly changing venture capital world in China. We, Chenhui venture, is looking for interns who can help us make a difference in the world. Job description: - Helping to do due diligence on potential new investments, including market research, financial analysis / modeling, and strategic approaches - Participating in the deal structuring and execution of various investments - Supporting current portfolio companies with relevant research, and working with senior management to identify new clients, advisors, and employees - Identifying potential co-investors (funds/strategics/key angels) for new investment opportunities and current portfolio companies - Miscellaneous strategic initiatives Who are we looking for: - You are excited about entrepreneurship / venture capital in China - You are extremely smart and generally interested in the technology sector - You are a very fast learner, and you are also fun, interesting and passionated. - You study in a tier-1 university and working on your last year of bachelor or in the middle of your master or PHD. - You plan to work in China after you finish your degree. - You can commit at least the next four month (the more the better) for this internship - You can speak fluent mandarin | ||||||||||
