Overview
The IT Services Department provides a total IT service delivery mechanism to the business. The group exists to ensure that all business areas receive appropriate IT services which in turn facilitates delivery of professional service to clients. The IT Department is organized so that we can deliver high quality end-to-end service and provide real career and technical development opportunities for all IT Services staff.
Responsibilities
- Providing a support function, responding quickly to faults reported and collaborating with other IT Services members to find effective solutions.
提供支持，快速响应问题，和其他IT服务的成员合作，找到有效的故障解决方案。
- Responsible for assisting users in resolving IT issues as a second line support, answering queries concerning usage of standard applications and IT services, use of IT /AV equipment and servicing request type calls.
负责协助用户解决IT问题，回答有关的应用程序使用标准的问题和服务，熟练调用IT/AV设备。
- Assisting in new system or application implementations.
协助新系统或应用程序的安装使用。
- Configure new PCs and perform troubleshooting.
配置新电脑和执行故障排除。
- Provide IP Telephony and Audio Visual support.
提供IP电话和音频和视频支持。
- Perform daily IT operations.
IT部门其它日常操作。
- Experience
- 大学本科及以上学历在校生（2017年及以后毕业），专业不限
- 熟悉windows操作系统
- 具有良好的团队合作精神
- 出色的口头、书面沟通能力
- 优秀的英文口头、书面表达能力
- 工作时间周一至周五，每周三天以上出勤， 实习时间三个月以上
