Key responsibility：
1、Power component selection(SCR,IGBT included),main circuit design of inverter,

 gate drive circuit, the snubber circuit, loss calculation, EMC design,etc.   
2、Hardware design of power electronics, PCB layout specification in collaboration 

with mechanical and PCBA team 
3、Simulating new power circuit function to validate design 
4、Aiding in the testing and verification of design changes

Key requirement：
1、Electrical Engineering & Power Electronics ,Electrical Engineering and Automation 

Power system and automation, Automation or equivalent. 

2、Master or higher degree ,211 university
3、Design tools like Cadence, Altium Designer, Matlab etc
4、Fluent in both written and spoken English, this will be a great plus

职位二：0800102- PCB Layout

Key responsibility：
1、PCB layout for all projects, focus on PCB design for control circuit and 

power circuit of VFD (Variable Frequency Drive).
2、PCB component library standardization and component library maintenance
3、Manage PCB and electronic files in company database
4、Follow Schneider PCB process and manufacture design rule

Key requirement：
1、Electrical Engineering & Power Electronics Power、Machine electricity、Electrical

 Engineering and Automation、Power system and automation、Automation or equivalent. 

2、Bachelor or higher degree with major in electronics or related subjects 
3、EDA tools like Cadence, Mentor, Protel, etc 
4、Fluent in both written and spoken English, this will be a great plus

职位三：1700705-Quilty Engineer

Location: Xi’an

Key responsibility:
1、Develop PFMEA and PCP with PIE, TA and Engineering to set up a solid product

 quality control system.
2、Set up quality data collection methodology and implement data analysis to drive

 root cause analysis and CA/PA.
3、Work with CC engineer to execute close-loop analysis for customer complain and

 promote error-proofing practice.
4、Develop inspection WI for both IPQC and workshop operators to ease self-inspection.
5、Guide IPQC to implement in-process inspection and support workshop Kaizen activities.
6、Proceed quick analysis for on line quality issue and support supplier material

 issue management.
7、Work closely with business colleagues to facilitate customer visit activities

 and brand promotion events.
Key requirement:
1、Bachelor above, science preferred.
2、English ability: good oral and written ability.
3、Open, positive and mature.
4、Good logical analysis skills.
5、Proven leadership experience preferred.

职位四：1700706-Procurement Engineer

1、Ensure plant manufacturing supply chain runs effectively & based 

on cost-saving.
2、Ensure external procurement aligns with JIT (Just in Time).

2、Communication, coordination and cooperation ability.
