招聘数量：2人

工作职责：

1、全面负责互联网行业的猎头项目的具体推进和执行

2、开发及拓展客户，正确理解互联网客户需求；

3、制定详细的寻访方案和选择寻访渠道；

4、通过筛选优秀的候选人，向客户提供推荐意见；

5、协调候选人与客户公司之间的面试安排，并跟进反馈；

6、与候选人进行Offer谈判。

职位要求：

1、本科及以上学历；

2、性格开朗，喜爱网络游戏；

3、有良好的沟通表达能力和逻辑思考能力；

4、勤奋踏实、认真负责、积极主动，抗压性强，具有团队合作精神；

5、有猎头工作经验者优先；

6、有一年及以上销售工作经验者优先。

 

薪资：底薪+提成+奖金    （13薪    月平均薪资8K+）

时间：周一至周五，8小时制，周末双休，法定节假日休息

Assistant Consultant /Consultant

Job Duties:

1. Be responsible for the development and implement of the headhunting project;

2. Develop the new clients, and understand the needs of clients accurately;

3. Work out practical search schemes and choose practical search channels;

4. Interview and identify appropriate candidates, and recommend the candidates to

clients;

5. Coordinate the interview arrangements , and follow up the whole process effectively;

6. Negotiate with candidates about Offers.

Job Requests：

1. The Bachelor degree and above;

2.Open mind,be intersted in web games or mobile games;

3. Good communicative skills and logical thinking ability;

4.Diligent, conscientious and proactive; can work under pressure and have good teamwork spirit;

5. Relevant working experience is preferred.
