Headquartered in Shanghai, La Chapelle(“the company”) was founded in 1998. The Company is a rapidly growing multi-brand fashion group, which mainly engages in fashion design, development of own-brand clothing, and direct retailing with focus on mass-market ladies’s casualwear.

Since its inception, the Company has focused on medium-end mass –marked ladies wear, particularly targeting at young ladies. Now the Company brand portfolio consists of five ladies wear brands, two independent menswear brands and one independent kids wear brand, making the Company one of the top market players in China.

The Company adopted the strategy of Specialty Retailer of Private Label Apparel ( the “SPA model” ), which is commonly used among many well-known international fashion brands. Its own distribution network comprises standalone retail stores and concessionaire counters at various department stores and shopping malls.

      公司采用为国际知名服饰品牌所采用的自有品牌服饰零售商模式（即Specialty Retailer of Private Label Apparel, SPA 模式）进行服装的销售， 所有销售网点均为直营，主要销售渠道为商场专柜（即百货联营店）以及专卖店（即购物中心专卖店）。

As of June 30,2015, it has 7,147 self-owned and direct-sales outlets, including both standalone retail outlets and department store concessionaire counters. Its distribution channels span across all provinces in the PRC except Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau.

      截止2015年6月30日，公司在全国拥有直营品牌专柜和专卖店共7,147个，遍布全国除港澳台以外的所有省份。
