您的职责 您的任务包括:
· 支持HRBP进行招聘工作:电话面试,小组面试,招聘会/开放日。
· 支持商场培训与发展负责人计划和推进员工发展活动。
· 入职手续办理及社保手续办理。
· 人力资源档案,库房,员工病假管理;协助维护数据库和人力资源KPI报告日常运营。员工更衣室,员工制服,员工福利日常管理。
· 支持内部员工沟通活动。
您的任职要求 您的知识,技术和经验包括:
· 能使用英语作为基本工作语言,包括书面和口语。 · 人力资源管理,工商管理,行政管理等相关专业优先。大二学生优先。 · 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件2007或以上版本。 · 具备较强的团队协作能力和意识。沟通能力强,有亲和力;责任心强,注重细节。能适应快节奏的零售行业工作环境。 · 具备对人力资源管理工作的热情,对家居行业充满兴趣。 工作时间: 每周三天(含周末)。长期实习职位,非永久性职位。 |

ABOUT THE JOB

Make IKEA a good place to work, via supporting recruiting job, competence development, daily operation of HR database, HR storage, social insurance and all other HR practices.
YOUR ASSIGNMENT
Your tasks will include:
· Recruit with HRBP, including phone-interview, group interview, job fair, and open day.
· Support Store L&D Responsible to plan and implement co-worker competence development activities.
· Take on-board procedure and social insurance procedure for co-workers.
· Responsible for people profiles, HR storage, sick leaves daily operation; support to maintain HR database and HR KPI report; be responsible for co-worker locker, uniform, and benefits daily operation.
· Support internal communication.
YOUR PROFILE
Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
· English proficiency is a MUST. Ability to use English as working language both in writing and speaking. Chinese Mandarin is also required.
· Familiarity of Microsoft Office 2007 or more updated version.
· Majored in Human Resources, business administration or related is preferred. Sophomore is preferred.
· Team-player; strong communication skills and easy-going personality; detail-oriented behaviour and high responsibility. Ability to adapt to fast-paced working environment in retail industry.
· Passion in people management and home furnishing is preferred.
Working Period: 3days/week (weekend included); long-term but NOT permanent.
