This position located in Shanghai, China. Projects range from conducting interviews with our clients customers and channel partners, writing articles, white papers as well as developing media plans, creating creative messaging, management of copy for print and online campaigns including copy for advertisements, printed sales collateral, websites, email communications, white papers/case studies, press releases, and other types of marketing/communication materials.   

• Develop content for use in promoting client messages across traditional print and digital and social media platforms
• Develop publicity (soft advertising) plans and implement them
• Create media plans for clients and coordinate media schedules and all related activities related with implementing these media plans
• Develop relationships with media editors and advertising sales reps, work with them to secure publicity (articles, interviews and publication of press releases)
• Conduct customer interviews and write articles, case studies, white papers
• Provide copywriting for marketing brochures and other collateral
• Proofreading and other similarly related activities as required

·       Travel to client and client customer locations will be required from time to time.

·       Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism or a related field, or equivalent experience / 3-5 years.
• Experience in the B2B manufacturing industry preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in successful marketing or advertising projects.
• Strong strategic thinker.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Mandarin and English.
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail.
• Positive attitude that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively with strict deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.

       工作范围从安排客户的用户和渠道伙伴的采访、文章撰写、白皮书以及制定媒体计划、撰写创意文案，文字工作需求的管理包括印刷和在线活动的文本：广告、销售用的印刷材料、网站、电子邮件通讯、白皮书／案例研究、视频脚本、新闻稿和其它类型的营销／传播材料。

主要职责：
？开发用于跨越传统印刷和数字社交媒体平台的以推广客户的内容信息
？制定宣传（软广告）的计划并加以实施
？制定客户的媒体计划，并协调媒体资源的计划和所有相关活动实施上述媒体计划
？建立发展与媒体的编辑和广告销售代表的关系，与他们合作以确保媒体投放（文章、采访和发表新闻稿）？ 对媒体进行信息发布监测，并定期形成监测报告，例如监播数据整理、分析等；
？进行客户访谈，写文章、案例研究和白皮书
？提供文案营销小册子和其他文案
？校对和其他类似活动的要求
？出差到客户公司或者客户的用户地点，不时的。
？在快节奏和紧迫的工作环境中，能很好适应项目方向和重点变化 。

经验和资质：
？新闻学、广告学、中文或相关专业学士学位，或同等工作经验/ 3-5年。
？有B2B制造业经验者优先。
？有市场营销或广告项目的成功经验。
？优秀的战略思维。
？优秀的书面和口头沟通能力，中文和英语。
？自我激励，注重细节。
？积极的态度促进团队精神和协作。
？能够严格的按时间期限有效地管理多个项目。
？熟练使用Microsoft Office软件。
